28 September — 01 October 2023 Khabarovsk will host the Second International Animation Film Festival "Animur" commercial animation from Russia, Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia.

On September 28, 2023, at 17.00, a press conference will be held with representatives of the animation industry of the countries participating in the festival.

The organizing committee of the festival invites media representatives to take part in the festival and cover its events.

Media representatives and bloggers, as well as private photographers and videographers can be accredited to the Animur festival.

The recommended deadline for submitting an application for accreditation and participation in press conference is until 22 September.

The advantage of  accreditation is the published announcement of “Animur 2023”.

Applications submitted after September 22nd may not be processed.

The decision on  accreditation is made on an  individual basis.
