Аннотация фильма: Мультсериал рассказывает о семьях кошечек и собачек, каждая из которых владеет «небольшим бизнесом»: ателье, пекарней, фермой, автомастерской. Главные герои сериала — собачки Вики, Жоржик, Мия, Дэн и кошечки Алиса и Буся. В школе друзья учатся важным правилам жизни, а после уроков встречаются, чтобы поиграть и самостоятельно изучить мир.

В городе кошечек-собачек Новый год! Оскар готовится к празднику, но все идёт не по плану. Последнюю ёлку в магазине он уступает Адаму, а новогоднее угощение — раздаёт детям.
Все вокруг в предвкушении, и только Оскару грустно: он собирается встречать Новый год один. Как вдруг под окнами раздаётся странный шум…
К Оскару приходят с подарками все, кому он помог в этот день. После этого все жители города выходят на центральную площадь и встречают Новый год вместе.

Film summary: The animated series shows the families of kittens and puppies, each of which owns a "small business": an atelier, a bakery, a farm, an auto repair shop. The main characters of the series are dogs Vicky, Georgik, Mia, Dan and cats Alice and Busia. At school, friends learn important rules of life, and after school they meet to play and explore the world on their own.

It is New Year's Eve in the city of puppies and kittens! Oscar is preparing for the holiday, but nothing follows the plan. He gives the last Christmas tree in the store to Adam, and gives out the New Year's treat to the children.
Everyone anticipates the holiday, and only Oscar is sad: he is going to celebrate the New Year's Day alone. Suddenly, he hears strange noise under his windows…
Everyone whom he helped that day comes to Oscar with gifts. After that, all residents of the city go to the central square and celebrate the New Year's Day together.
