Синопсис:
В Берге появилась чёрно-белая аномалия, которая погружает всех в грусть и тоску! Агенты ЧИПС срочно берутся за дело. Сначала подозрение падает на Зловещих маляров, которые красят дома и улицы в зловещие чёрно-белые цвета. Затем детективы находят улику — старый объектив видеокамеры — и подозревают Шоуфина. Он захотел снять чёрно-белое кино и сделал весь город своей декорацией! Но Шоуфин не виноват. Объектив оказывается от старинной фотокамеры и приводит детективов к настоящему виновнику — домовому фотоателье. Дело в том, что фотоателье закрылось навсегда. Домовой хотел показать людям, что плёночные фотографии — это здорово, и фотографировал жителей города. Но он так грустил, что его домовячья сила вышла из-под контроля, и вместо цветных фотографий появлялись чёрно-белые аномалии. Агенты ЧИПС помогают всё исправить и открыть на месте фотоателье музей.

Synopsis:
A black-and-white anomaly has appeared in Berg, plunging everyone into sadness and melancholy! The CHIPS agents rush to take on the case. Suspicion first falls on the Sinister Painters, who are painting houses and streets in ominous monochrome tones. Then the detectives find a clue — an old camera lens — and suspect Showfin, believing that he wanted to shoot a black-and-white film and turned the entire city into his set. But Showfin is innocent. The lens turns out to belong to an antique camera, leading the detectives straight to the real culprit — the house spirit of an old photo studio. The studio had closed down forever, and the house spirit wanted to show people how wonderful film photography could be, so he began photographing the townspeople. But he was so sad that his powers spiraled out of control, creating black-and-white anomalies instead of color photographs. The CHIPS agents help him set things right and turn the old studio into a museum.
